Addicted to Massage =)

Ahhh...my body is aching for a massage now !!! Due to the fact that this month is a holy month according to the Muslim belief, all activities of massages is strictly prohibited..Well you can do a foot reflexology, but that's just about it..

For someone like me, it's a torture not to have a massage..I usually have my massage at least once a week.( I try to keep it that way no more, no less ehheeh...besides too much of everything is not good anyway ) This month however, i can't have my regular, Balinese massage ( with oil and your naked ...well with paper panties ehhehe )

Even when writing this i could imagine a 2 hour relaxing body massage is way way better than my lunch ....Arrggghhh not only i'm addicted to ciggy and now i can't live without my routine massage hehehe...

Well there are many kind of massages available...the most popular ones are

1. Swedish

Swedish massage uses five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (light touch), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (compression), and vibration. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving function in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee over a period of eight weeks


2. Thai massage

Known in Thailand as นวดแผนโบราณ (Nuat phaen boran, IPA [nuɑt pʰɛn boraːn]), meaning "ancient/traditional massage", Thai massage originated in India and is based on ayurveda and yoga. It was believed that the massage art was brought over to Thailand by Shivago Komarpaj over 2500 years ago. The technique combines massage with yoga-like positions during the course of the massage; the northern style emphasizes stretching while the southern style emphasizes acupressure.

3. Shiatsu

Ashiatsu/Shiatsu massage is an eastern (oriental) born therapy that is designed to rebalance your physical being by rebalancing your energy field ("shi" meaning finger and "astsu" meaning pressure.) Ashiatsu uses pressure applied with thumbs, fingers and palms to specific pressure points of the body. It also uses techniques such as rolling, brushing, vibrating, grasping and in one particular technique developed by Suzuki Yamamoto, pressure is applied with the feet on the persons back, legs and feet (special set up is required for the "foot" Ashiatsu.)


4. Hot Stone massage

A stone massage uses cold or water-heated stones to apply pressure and heat to the body. Stones coated in oil can also be used by the therapist delivering various massaging strokes.


5. Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions.")


Well for me i don't care what kind of massage they offer as long as it's good...i'll go for it

OB: We are also full for tomorrow.
Me: How about the day after tomorrow?
OB: I'm sorry, but we are all full for the 'whole fucking' (exaggeration, but the bitch tone meant that i should just give up coz i'm not gonna get a seat there on such a short notice) month!!!

Slut...yeah those phone reservation people have the power to reject you and just do what they like..So knowing that they have the power, i always make sure that i know these people by name..be a frequent visitor and i'm sure after a while they will be nice to you =)

Anyway enough about ranting and bitching..the whole point for me posting this is because the steak in this restaurant is just Delicious..to me this steak house serve the best steak that i have ever eaten in my entire life =)

Of course that doesn't mean that the other steak houses that i ate are bad, it's just that i fancy this restaurant a lot...Well the same reason as below, i only had a chance of eating the steak here once..(second time i was there, i couldn't get any table coz i called them on such a short notice) Yup the steak house is located in New York.

Ahhh why do i have to live in a place far far away from the restaurants that i really like hehehe...For people who will travel to NY or live around there, be sure to try it...you'll be hooked, go back there again, and fight with the bitches who won't give you table hehehe =)

The part of the beef that they serve is the porterhouse (Contain both tenderloin and sirloin)
Also, i have tried the shrimp cocktails (good), Canadian bacon (good too), cream spinach (yummy) and the ice cream (very good too)...basically all is good

Fro-Yo & Ice Cream

Hmmm i like ice cream..well though i can't really find any good ice cream in Bandung, i can still remember the best ice cream (Gelato), that i have ever eaten is from Gelateria Parmalat. All i can say the taste is heavenly =)..well as much as i want to eat that everyday, i can't. One of the reason is that the ice cream is available only in the States (the one that i have been to). In Florida, Miami to be exact. So anyone have a chance to go to Florida, be sure not to miss this chance...I'm sure u will beg for more...One more thing, they are low fat too !!!!

As for me, who's back in Indonesia, what can i do to curb my sweet tooth...Well recently there's a Frozen Yogurt shop that's located in Senayan City...Its name is Sour Sally..Yup yup..it's just like Pinkberry


Sour Sally has only 2 flavours yogurt, plain and green tea..Personally i like the plain much better..Anyway just telling how it taste is pretty useless..all i can say is it's sour, tangy and yummy..go on try it out =)

Scent of Heaven

Fragrance, Fragrance, Fragrance...Ahhh Imagine what scents can do to your mind.
In life there are many scents that can make you happy, hungry, relaxed, nausea and even calming..The list of things that scents can do just continues on and on. Well believe it or not, sometimes certain scents can bring back lots of memories..

Particularly for me, I like fragrances. I collect them. I know it may sounds weird but having a nice smell is attractive. Here are just the list of fragrances that i own

I have tried smelling the Escentric 01 and I was so tempted to buy it while i was in Australia. However, i didn't buy it due to the fact that it was just damn expensive..like AUD210. But then again i regret not buying it since now i'm craving for it !!!!!

Anyway this is the picture of the parfume and when i see it again, i'm sure i'll get it..Pronto...no matter how much it cost !!!!

My elder sister has a different passion than my younger sister. While the later likes cooking, my elder sister likes fashion. As far as i can remember, she always has a thing for clothing, shoes, accessories and anything of everything that has relation to the world of 'FashIon'.

Well now i believe her dream of working in a Fashion field comes true. Yup my sister finally open up a clothing store =)...At the moment she designed mostly T-shirt, but ultimately, there will more items such as Polo shirt, Dresses, Tank tops , Shoes and even her own accessories.

Watches, Watches, Watches

Finally my 3rd entry in a single day. Damn guess i have some talent in writing huh. Not fancy writing or some serious topic. It's just some little hobby that i like. I like collecting watches and apparently, this hobby of mine doesn't come cheap. To make the matter worse, my eyes always like to choose a watch that's either limited edition or just plain damn right expensive..

Well it's hard to say but i'm pretty sure many would agree with me that these 2 watches are nice

Chef Iolala...

My younger sister is in Sydney, Australia studying patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. I kinda miss her..well i also miss the cakes that she baked the last time she came home..Though the ingredients used here is different than what she usually use back there in Sydney, the pastries that she made is good =)

Ok!!! I've never written a blog before, but i like reading them...hahah yeah it's kinda fun i think..well i'm at my lunch break right now so i guess i just write whatever i feel like writing...

Hmmm..Just to be honest i don't know if i can even stay blogging for a week..Considering i'm not the kind of person who like writing..but i guess time changes.. well for now i'm just gonna blog whatever i find interesting and amusing.

Anyway with blogging i can find a reason to buy myself a camera..Hint Leica (for those who have trouble giving me birthday present, yeah i want a leica) ehhehe..but then again i'm no Mario Testino so i guess if i were to buy a camera by myself, a Sony is fine too..but for b'day present, a Leica is a must and no i don't accept anything less than that ok!!
